Brand new, the villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room where you can relax next to the fire place or enjoy your movie on the 32 inches screen HD flat TV. There is also an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for you to prepare and taste the best Greek recipes.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there are 3 light and spacious bedrooms overlooking the sea. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second room also has a king size bed and an en suite terrace whilst the third room has 2 single beds and a balcony. The lavish decoration of the rooms combined with the finest linen offer a total sense of relaxation and tranquility.

External Spaces

Access to the villa is through a private entrance. In the 1500 m2 of land, and is surrounded by a beautiful blooming garden with multicolor flowers and a children’s playground. The centerpiece of the exterior is the private swimming pool and a terrace that is furnished with seating and sun loungers. The view of the blue Aegean Sea from this area is quite spectacular, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the sun or shade, dining or holding a party.
